April 28, 2018 I turned off the coffee maker at 1pm. He was supposed to turn at 1:30 p.m. I set it to make coffee at 9:30 in the morning. That day my daughter and I left home at 1:38pm for a gymnastics fundraiser. We left approximately between 4:45 and 5:00 p.m. to go to the AI DuPont Children's Hospital. (My eldest daughter has been in the hospital since Thursday. We were visiting and my in-laws left around 7:30 to go to my house and walk our Puppy Kash (GoldenDoodle). At 8:34 I get one Message from my neighbor "Bill asks if I'm home. Before I could reply, he texted that your house is on fire. I got scared and ran out of my daughter's hospital room to my truck. At the same time, I called Bill and all my neighbors to let them know our pup Kash was in the house. What I didn't know at the time was that my relatives discovered the fire. I return home and find a ladder truck, fire trucks and firefighters in my house to find out that Kash that didn't do that. After the firefighters left, I was at the house with the Delaware fire chief. He was trying to figure out what caused the fire. Long story short, after talking to him and After speaking to his investigation, he determined that our new Krupa coffee machine caused the fire, which was later confirmed to me by my insurance company. The company also hired an independent fire investigator, Com Pani, to investigate the fire. He also confirmed that this was the cause of the fire. He said it looks like the melting process started when I turned off the coffee maker. It smolders for several hours before burning. Please turn off coffee machines. I will do it from now on. So in my house is a complete loss with all its contents. The fire burned for an hour or more before it was discovered and caused a backlog. Yes, I said backlash.
