I've been trying to figure out the settings for these carburetors for a number of years. I'm always wrong I recently bought a new bike and haven't touched that carb and it runs like a champ and has been going 53 miles a day for over 4 months. Then I know my old bike needs one of those perfectly tuned carburetors so I don't have to fiddle with it. I tried replacing the injectors, they were too tight causing the engine to be too lean, like running at high idle. It was 100 x 35. I tried using a 26mm Glixal carb but got confused with the air and idle screw. I tried using a 24mm Glixal carburetor, again confused with air and idle screw. This time I'm trying to use a Goofit 24mm carb without using anything I learned from YouTube and it works like a new bike. Smooth throttle response, great idle and push button start. My goal is to have both bikes buy that particular stupid carburetor and just put it there if one of the carburetors fails in the future. You have no idea how frustrating it is when you try everything on the internet and find that nothing works.
