Come exactly as pictured.
These shoes just got in the mail almost a week ago. I really like her. They came exactly as they look, they also fit my size. I have read comments saying to go from half size to full size but I had no problem with my shoe size. Got the normal size I receive and they fit perfectly. If you have a wide foot, I recommend taking a half size. Thank you, I love the shoes!
