I like the ability to send a message to my doctor and it shows up in their inbox. It's easy to use and we have no complaints. I also like that we can get a status update of the patient. It's a helpful tool for the whole office. It's easy to use and makes my life easier. I will continue to use this software. I like that we can access our patient's medical records from anywhere. It's very user friendly. It is helpful that I can update the patient's status and send messages to them. This is a great tool for our office.
