There are a few bugs, basically the norm.

Solving the problems of a powerful video card with a clumsy cooling system:
∞MSI Afterburner.
∞ Set Powerlimit to 80% or lower (dancing with a tambourine in manual undervolting mode did nothing - read below about override GPU settings).
∞ Performance does not drop, but noiselessness in OPTIMIZED games and applications (BUT! )
∞ There are games that ignore the limits: FrostPunk loads the graphics card to 80 degrees already in the start menu, somehow overriding the settings of MSI Afterburner. But this is a known issue with the specific game. A similar problem of GPU overload occurred a few years ago among World of Tank players after changing the game engine - one of the bloggers even had a video card burned out live.
∞ Some will say that the problem of GPU overload by the game is not a GPU problem. Formally, yes, but you will have to play under the howl of fans and the rattling of a dangling cable))).
∞ It is better to take a version with 3 fans and a normal backplate for heat dissipation. I have a cool Cooler Master Cosmos II case with completely replaced turntables (100% Noctua, 9 pieces), the video card is blown directly by 2 fans, but this does not help. The video card itself overheats from the inside.

Pros

+ I took it to work with video, Adobe Premier, screen recording via OBS and Zoom, fast transcoding via Format Factory (2k . mkv H.265 compresses almost 2 times). Completely satisfied. + Boosts up to 1930 MHz automatically. + When encoding video, only the Video Engine is used. + The Video Engine is VERY well balanced: at 1930 MHz and about 900 mV of voltage, it uses no more than 20% of the GPU, the temperature does not exceed 63 degrees, silence. + Easy pay.

Cons

- The cooling system is TERRIBLE: it howls and rumbles at 69% rpm, it buzzes at 90% and above (nasty). Pay extra for version 3 fan or get another brand. - Poor assembly of the cooling system, the wire and fasteners are hanging inside, I did not disassemble it yet, so as not to lose the guarantee. The owners advise to sort out the video card and fix the wire and its fastening through the gasket (and this is in the video card for 32,000).
