Review on ☕ Cuisinart DCB-10 Silver Automatic Cold Brew Coffee Maker by Kelly Ponder

As the name suggests, this manufacturer has been working fine for 3 months. The coffee was delicious and easy to make. But when washing the filter basket by hand, the screen was torn wide open. I went to Cuisinart to order a replacement part and it has been in 'pending' status for over a month. I tried emailing them multiple times and when I called they gave me an automated system saying a ticket was open for my request. I just want to cancel the partial order and throw the coffee machine in the bin for now, but until I get my €20 back or a new basket I have to keep it.
