The platform is very easy to use (as long as you have experience in ERP).
It has an excellent reporting system which allows us all sorts of different views depending upon our needs at any given time. I found it was difficult getting used to how some things were laid out but once we figured them out they made sense! Sometimes when sending emails or documents there are delays between receiving notification from one department vs another - this could work better if everyone had access/responsibility over their own departments so notifications would get back quickly without needing someone else's sign off first!! Overall good product though definitely need more training initially before usage begins otherwise people will struggle finding what exactly each button does etc. We needed something simple where staff across many locations could do basic tasks such as purchase stock items easily within the same program rather than going through separate programs e.g order entry.
