Review on Enhance Your TV Experience with the Vizio XRT112 Remote Controller for Vizio LED TV by Barb Gordon

Updated December 2018 I bought another remote control to replace the original remote that came with the TV. (Purchase February 2014 was made for MY bedside table). This new remote is a bit longer but has the same function buttons - and it's a good weight - it's not light and flimsy like the original. Unfortunately, it didn't work entirely with the same TV. The remote comes with a one-page manual with instructions on how to set up up to 6 pre-programmed codes. One of the codes was close to working with the TV, but not close enough. Luckily, the manual includes instructions on how to learn the function buttons on a working remote control. I used a remote bought in 2014 to program a new remote and everything is fine. Original review February 2014. Works on VIZIO E470i-A0 47 inch. What to check If you had or have the original, then you know everything about this remote control. End of the story.
