worked great and was very cheap. I had to work on a client's laptop and unfortunately the charger was missing from their gateway. I was a bit hesitant at first as I couldn't read the serial number nor the real series, after a few searches I concluded that this is the nv'5000 series gateway. So I went to Revain and found that there are many variants of this series, so I chose the charger with the most support and apparently it turned out to be the right one. Conclusion: Usually people just buy a new laptop, but that doesn't make sense. if all you are missing is a charger and some software settings.
