Somehow not very good at service, maintenance and repair
The main tool in this set is rather useless. I am writing about a vacuum puller, also called tongs. They work great on the front (glass) of the device, but the back is a whole different matter. Most iPhones and iPads have a sandblasted back. This makes it almost impossible to create and, above all, maintain a vacuum. Use a sharp (or sharpened) spatula and avoid a headache.
