I thought the reviews were great. I just don't know who these people are leaving reviews. I work with computers every day, and after two days of struggling with conflicting instructions in two brochures, I gave up. It's a piece of junk and should be user-friendly out of the box these days. My dumb phone can order me a pizza, Facetime my kids, and take me to Montana with no problem, but this thing? Third-party production with incomprehensible instructions. One should have guessed that the price was too good to be true. Follow-up: The company's customer service was very pleasant to deal with us as soon as we touched the base. You are in China, so there is a delay. They went out of their way to complete the return and offer me a replacement if I wanted it. They were very responsive and apologetic for the issues I was having. It was VERY pleasant to work with them! Five stars for customer service and screen. Testing the projector is worthwhile.
