Attempt 1: I bought a new belt and installed this tensioner on the car, unfortunately the belt did not tighten. (Okay, my mistake) Trial 2: Adjust the tensioner because I may have misaligned it, put on a new belt that's still too loose, try the old belt that's still too loose. Attempt 3: Put the tensioner back in the old position, still too loose. Reinstalled the original tensioner and guess what happened, it tightened! The new item had a job and didn't, make sure to prime the product if you order it!
