Well I have real problems with migraines while watching the screen. But that's mostly what I do when I'm writing. Blue light glasses helped, but the first few pairs I had were tight around my head and pinched my temples. But with these I don't even notice that they are on me. It takes a while to get used to and it's a little difficult to switch between these and my reading glasses for editing. But in the end I'm very glad I chose her. A great buy if you're battling migraines and the like, or just want to spice up your fashion with added benefits. Anyway, I can't recommend it!
