I love these stitch markers for knitting. The size marked for size 0-8 needles fits a size 9. The smallest size needle I've used them on is a size 3 with DK/Sport yarn and I liked that they don't distort yarn stitches like stiff stitches. can be made from lighter yarn. I also like that these stitch markers are easier to transfer from needle to needle than hard plastic markers (don't fly in the air) and they don't have rough edges for yarn to catch, which can be a problem with certain stitches throwing away Number of hard plastic markers in each lot I have purchased. In my opinion, these stitch markers are MUCH better than the hard plastic ones. I really wish they were in more colors and had more vibrant colors (even the red is a pretty muted red). While I understand that they are cheaper than the stitch markers sold in hobby stores, they still seem overpriced to me. That being said, I plan on getting some markers for larger needles and will probably ditch my hard plastic stitch markers in favor of these, especially when more colors become available in the future.
