I remembered another reviewer complained about not getting exactly 100 tokens, so I checked my account and everything was fine. It was probably just an honest miscalculation for this buyer. Medium sized markers correspond to the size of needles they need to fit. I don't know about the small set of markings and complaints about its size, but the average rings work fine. I love these stitch markers for knitting. The size marked for size 0-8 needles fits a size 9. The smallest size needle I've used them on is a size 3 with DK/Sport yarn and I liked that they don't distort yarn stitches like stiff stitches. can be made from lighter yarn.
