Small problem if you have a protective cover on Surface Pro 7

First I had a small problem, the device was not working, then I realized that my Surface Pro cover did not let it penetrate fully, I removed the Cover and after this is not a problem. So I don't use a pretty case because it's too heavy (how much I use it) to take it out of the case every time.
