I've been using eCollar's Petrainer for years and love it. This design has one significant drawback! I have terriers and sometimes we have to turn up the vibration to get their attention when they are obsessed with something. The old design allowed vibration with one force and shock with another. Not this new design. If you turn on the vibration setting and then accidentally shock your dog, your dog will be electrocuted. A knob on the right controls both. I throw them away - I don't want anyone to make the same mistake I did! My poor boy was so confused and I still feel terrible. Terrible design for her! I'm going back to the old design. You should stop selling it.
