The ability to have all of our orders in one place for easy reference as well as being able to access them from anywhere was very helpful! We loved that we could see who had purchased what items at which time so there were no questions about missing inventory or overages etc.. It really made tracking everything much easier than if you went back through emails/texts and trying to remember where something came up during previous conversations with customers when talking about pricing etc. I wish this feature would be available offline but otherwise great product!! Easy setup process - took less than 10 minutes once I downloaded the program onto my computer (I am not tech savvy). As long as you know your stuff before setting things up then you should never run into issues getting set-up. This software has been extremely beneficial since its implementation within our organization.
