My cat loved to dress up. It's not something he'll wear all day, but long enough for good seasonal/holiday photoshoots and fun. Although it looks blue in some photos, it's definitely purple velvet. It has a gold star on the front and a bell on the end. Velcro fasteners have small loops for the ears. I carefully placed them over my cat's ears to keep the hat in place. The top of the hat is filled with padding to keep it in shape. My cat loves the attention she gets when dressed and she definitely loves the treats she gets both during and after.
