I love that you can control the entire device with the IR remote and with the app. Things I don't like, it hurts me what I'm going to say now because I don't want to talk about them, but this has a latency lag when playing music via bluetooth and doesn't allow me to watch YouTube videos with that input source , the other Problem is that when the air conditioner turns off and on again, the unit turns on automatically and a voice yells telling you it's connected to your wifi network. I live in a country where the light sometimes fluctuates and it's annoying.
