Review on Sea Gull Lighting 75952 962 Two Light by Cassie Moore

We used this light to replace our outdated ceiling light fan. I find this lamp more elegant in appearance and a little more practical for a lamp so close to the loft living space and small curious hands ;) At first I was looking for a lamp with a large distance between the lamp and the ceiling, but I don't pull it out from the shadow of a matchbox machine every day want. I wasn't sure what a true recessed light would look like either, I didn't want this small room (8ft x 9ft) to look even smaller with the light aimed straight at the ceiling. Let's see if this compromise is enough to keep cars and other toys out! It was all easy to set up, my husband removed the old fan, taped up the old wiring and installed the new ceiling medallion and light in under an hour. He said the process was easy and he had no issues installing it, except that it was slowing down the process because our kids were insisting they "help". the only bulb that matched our old fan. The photo I've attached doesn't represent it properly because it's still day when I took the picture, but the room is much brighter now! I also like that the base is made of frosted glass, which feels premium and is easier to clean than plastic. It's great that the glass is securely fastened with a pin rather than just sitting unsteadily with three flimsy tabs. I love that the real shade is white! I researched the lighting options on several websites hoping to find a true white shade. This one looks great in our room with its white ceiling and crown molding. I am very happy with this lamp!
