Delivery took a while. This was my first "sugar wax", it was much better than regular hot wax and the applicator made it easy for me to apply and then remove. It literally grabbed ALL of my hair. EDIT: It was sooooo messy and honestly didn't hold up well enough to tear my hair off. I went online and watched youtube videos and also videos from this company. It turned out to be unsuccessful for me. Also, this company sends you a flyer asking you to give them a 5 star rating and they send you Sugaring NYC Ingrown Hair Spray, WRONG! I think they only do it so you can rate them well but they never ship anything. I really fell for it and posted a review before I even started using the product, but after using it and being faced with chaos I had to come and say an HONEST review.
