The supplier has delivered another item that does not match my printing machine and is completely useless to me. The tragedy is that the UK shipping address belongs to a friend of mine who was traveling to Cairo, Egypt and I asked him to get it and bring it to Egypt for me as a favor. Now that I have received the item in Cairo and found that it is the wrong item I do not know what to do with it or how to replace it.
