Review on Polder TMR 607 769RM 100 Minute Kitchen Digital by Sarah Mailyafemail

Finally - good

These things are very simple, inexpensive and work as expected. Nowadays, however, it's a big win. They have some disadvantages. First about the good. Good functionality, good price, won't roll over or fall off the fridge like the ones with a clip on the back. I'll buy a few more because they're the best of their kind to me. In any case, I very rarely need more than 99 minutes. I'll look for similar devices that measure hour-minute-second and less of the bad stuff discussed below. The magnet on the back does not sit flush. As a result, the device can wobble a bit when the buttons are pressed. It's fine, but you'll end up clicking on a slightly moving target. Also, the display dims and flickers when the frame around it is squeezed or flexed. This first happened when I tried to push the magnet further (unsuccessfully). When I started tracking this, I noticed that it happens quite often when I press the keys. I hope it means nothing. However, this can cause the electrical connections to fail, hopefully not within a few years. Just take a look.
