Maybe a paperweight?

Should have done more research before I bought this file. Brand new, out of the box I went to work on an ax blade. The file simply rode over the steel blade. Could not get a good, clean bite on the blade. Then I noticed it was made in China.China, what the heck was I thinking. Like I said, I should have done more research. This one goes in the re-cycle bin and I'll be looking for another. This time I'll be more careful. What a waste of time, money and energy.

Pros

File is a good file but would like for it to be a little ore course.

Cons

The file wears down quickly, making it ineffective after only a few uses
