Review on Jorgensen Size 6 Inch Handscrews Clamp by Mark Hart

I have no problem with products made in China IF they are made to the best industry standards. However, these clips do not meet the highest standards. There is no comparison between the older Jorgensen clamps from the USA and these cheap imitations. Main issues: 1. The flatness of the clamp faces, one of the two I bought actually has a slight curve built into the wooden arms. Tighten both screws and the end opens about 1/64". Screw rods are poor quality metal. One of my clamps has a rod that has been stretched to the point where it no longer rotates smoothly. Also it requires a lot of force on the handle to get adequate clamping force compared to the old Jorgensen clamps.
