I first bought this product at a ski resort about 15 years ago. It's actually quite simple - a product that works way better than I expected, at a price well below what I usually pay for other brands of lip balms. As a man, I'm not attracted to fruity lip balms that color my lips or make them glow. I want a product to protect and treat chapped lips that nobody even knows exists, not even me. It doesn't feel overly waxy, but a slight tingling/numbness feels great on very chapped/sunburned lips. The flavors aren't overly strong but help mask the flavor of the wax that you would experience without it. The biggest problem I had was not being able to find this product in any of my local stores or ski resorts that I visited. Once again - Revane rushes to the rescue. If you order 12 or 48 at a time you can't go wrong. I've gifted a few to friends and family who now swear it's the only product they'll ever use. I hope the company will continue to exist for a long time and more people can experience their excellent product.
