The product was presented in a small box containing only tubes. When I received them they were all in their packaging. I need to open them all and find something to store them. I was also disappointed that the formula changed a bit. You have less camphor. I have very sensitive lips and this was the only product that protected them with no lip reaction.

I found this on the counter at a local pharmacy once 15 years ago. Bought on a whim and never looked back. This is the best lip balm! Now I buy it in bulk because this pharmacy ran out of it. It has a subtle cherry flavor and just enough tingle to let you know it's working. My lips feel good in summer and on the ski slopes. There's even some sunscreen in it.

I should have believed the other reviews. The formula has ABSOLUTELY changed, and NOT for the better. The cherry taste is terrible. It's waxy, not smooth like it used to be. Even the tube and cap have changed. I took a few more tubes from my last box and compared them side by side. I've been using Cherry Ice for over two decades, but no more. Terrible. I returned immediately for a refund. I will most likely be switching to Burt's Bees Medicated.

Definitely Not Natural Ice! The label says they are, but some of them have super cherry flavor and others don't have cherry flavor. I don't feel menthol like I have for the last 10 years and after a week of use my lips are not the same. It reminds me of the cheap cherry lipstick I wore as a kid. Too bad I can't return them now. Not being able to return them, I started opening them and just over half have no cherry flavor. It's like someone rebranded a cheap lip balm to make a buck.

I have been using this lip balm for at least 10-15 years and am very disappointed in its new formula. It has an awful taste, smell and feel and I even think my lips have cracked since using it. My kids will stop using it and fight over the last pair of old baby food sticks we have around the house. So sad that I have to look for another lipstick and even sadder that I bought 45 of these. Don't buy it if you're a fan of the old formula, you'll be disappointed.

I'm so upset I bought it. I've been buying Natural Ice Cherry lip balms for decades. I have been using this product for over 20 years and I keep coming back to it year after year. However, when I received an order for this product, I quickly realized that this product is different than before.
