I have been using this product for over 20 years and I keep coming back to it year after year. However, when I received an order for this product, I quickly realized that this product is different than before. The level of flavor is lower and the consistency of the product is softer than previous versions of the product. I don't know if they changed the product formula or if I just got a bad batch. Anyway, I'm not as excited about it as I have been for the past 20 years of use. Two other family members who are historically familiar with the Cherry Natural Ice brand have tried this product and had the same complaints as me.
