UPDATE: Customer Service has issued refunds for faulty items even though we've exceeded the 30 day window. Such support would convince me to buy again. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Well, they produce ozone and kill odors. I bought a total of eight of these (4x2 packs). 2 failed in the return window and 2 more failed right after the return window. So now I have 4 left which means if you buy 2 packs you are really buying 1 pack. Ironically, next to the tray I needed the most was the longest and most durable tray that has been in service for over 60 days. However, I expect more for my money. It's a good idea but bad QA/QC. I would stay away from that.
