Review on Enhance Strength with SKLZ Power Stick Baseball and Softball Training Bat by Jerry Olson

Good racket for training. Note that this is NOT a traditional racquet - it's very thin and light (and quite long). It is designed in such a way that your player can take more hits than usual because it is very light. I found this to apply to my 6 year old son. We use this racquet to hit whistling balls (both regular and golf ball sized) to improve his hand-eye coordination. I'm not sure if you want to hit regular balls with this because I don't know how it will hold up. But I can tell you that playing with balls (especially small ones) really helped my son. He's always been one of the best contact racquets on the team and I think part of that has to do with the training we had with that racquet. Thanks very much!
