There should be more balls in the kit

The racquet is quite heavy, very strong but (intentionally) thin and we like to train with it, but three balls is not enough to train well and not waste time. retrieve balls

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Expensive

It is worth it for team sports

The boy likes it very much, swing has improved in the last month, hand-eye coordination has improved. Like its time. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because it comes with 4 balls. But I bought a pack of 50 for $8 so it worked

  • nice thing

Works well - team sport

As advertised. However, it only seems to strengthen and develop skills when children use it. Otherwise it's a dust magnet in the garage. Is there a place they sell better kids? What is this Personal and Business section? Or like Revain Warehouse Deals?

Powerstick model in fitness equipment

Exactly as described. Used by children aged 10 and 12, in the basement with tea and net and a skid machine. A few days of use got a twelve year old hitting 10 mph in cages. At 60 km/h there were problems most of the time. First ride back, he did the first 5 pitches on 60, no problem. Usually asks to be dropped off and never did that last ride.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Old

Great practice racket

This heavy racket is great for practice. This racquet's contrast to the 'regular' SKLZ racquet allows you to work on several different aspects of your mechanics as well as build strength and hand speed. A skinny barrel swinging over small balls also serves to focus hand-eye coordination. If you buy this you will get another pack of small SKLZ balls as the three included balls don't last long.

This product really works

This is not a joke. My 10 year old son was struggling for the plate and had no strength. I bought this product and threw about a thousand balls at it in two weeks. After intensive training with this product, he hit 2 home runs (his very first) in the next game. Think about it. The tube is much thinner than the bat and weighs over 11 ounces more than his bat, and he has to hit golf-ball-sized wiffle balls that are 1/4 the size of a baseball, which travel oddly through the air. Simple but…

  • Great for a small home

Great tool to improve eye movement on a baseball

I purchased this product for my team in November and have noticed a significant improvement in how my players follow the fields and touch the ball. The racquet is the ideal weight for my under 10 year old players and is a solid item with no dents or wear. I recommend purchasing SKLZ Mini Impact Balls for this racquet. The included balls are a little brittle and don't wear out like impact balls. If you want to help your kid (or players) improve their shots, this is a great tool to help them. get

  • Everything is great!
Cons

A wonderful simulator for developing hand-eye coordination.

Good racket for training. Note that this is NOT a traditional racquet - it's very thin and light (and quite long). It is designed in such a way that your player can take more hits than usual because it is very light. I found this to apply to my 6 year old son. We use this racquet to hit whistling balls (both regular and golf ball sized) to improve his hand-eye coordination. I'm not sure if you want to hit regular balls with this because I don't know how it will hold up. But I can tell you that…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • I won't say anything

I use this racquet with my school team. My favorite part is that it's relatively close to the same weight of the racquets they use in the game, so it still has the same feel, just a much smaller shaft to connect to. I also bought 48 indoor/outdoor limited flight multicolored foam golf ball sized buckets, metal practice balls, and range style buckets to use with them. This is a great combo that really helps improve hand-eye coordination. Our players call out the color of the ball as they swing…

  • Easy Installation
Cons

Simplify pre-game warm-up with SKLZ sticks.

This racquet will help our kids to exercise their eyesight before the game and develop the speed of the stroke. If you can hit the little wiffle balls with this racket before the game, you're in good hands. Also, it builds trust as they understand you are making eye contact. Many companies are trying to copy SKLZ tools and yes these fake products are cheaper but the quality is not what SKLZ offers. You can save $5 to $15, but it won't last a season and suddenly the extra money saved in the…
