Review on Sidley Austin by Justin Herman

I worked at Sidley Austin for 18 years in the Health Care Practice Group. The people were very friendly and outgoing, and it was a great team. The culture and the environment was very fun and energetic. The firm is a great place to grow your career and to learn from some of the best lawyers in the business. It was a great place to work for the size of the firm. It was not a very big firm compared to other larger firms out there. I think it was because it was a boutique firm. It was a great place to grow my career and to learn from some of the best lawyers in the business. I worked on a number of high profile matters in the Health Care Practice Group. The firm handled the defense of several civil cases in the health care field. I worked on a number of appellate matters and I handled a number of administrative matters. The team at SA is very knowledgeable but also can be approachable if you need help solving your problem or navigating through an unfamiliar process/court procedure etc. I have never had any issues with my experience there so far! They are great people who genuinely care about their clients' needs as opposed to just doing what they're told like other firms might do - which makes them more flexible when it comes time implement solutions that require creativity (such as client feedback!).
