This dog bell was a Christmas present for my parents corgi who is trained to ring the bell whenever she needs to go outside. It came just as described. Good feel, light weight and the bells ring loud and clear. That might be the only problem - the bells are way too loud lol. We hear a dog wanting to go outside a mile away, but that's not necessarily a major obstacle. I honestly think having bells that are too loud is better than a pot with a heavy weight on the end that bangs against the glass door every time it rings. I take the fire alarm every day. At least her corgis never have to wait to go to the bathroom haha
