I have worked at this firm as wellas other companies that are part of The DesignWorks Group, which is owned by Andrew Christianson who also owns SDCF (a competitor).

They both seem pretty fair in terms or pay/benefits but they aren't great compared what you get from big agencies like WPP etc where there's more money involved so if your looking into agency work then look elsewhere! A little bit overpriced considering how much time can be spent per project when doing larger jobs such has web / print projects - could easily spend less than half amount given here without compromising quality output- however good rates once hired upon completion.
