Maybe there are some fake reviews on this product, I don't know. What I do know is that I just received my order. These pumps are perfect for my 32 ounce Aveda bottles. OPEN THE PUMP BEFORE ATTACHING THE BOTTLE! Just push and turn. Take it easy boy! The pumps (I have 4) have a full size hose/straw and extra hoses! I used black caps on two of my bottles and white caps on my husbands. They are easy to tell apart. In fact, they are better than the ones that originally came with the Aveda bottles. High quality, thick, durable and super light. OK, here it is. I'm a real person and I'm brutal with my reviews when the product is bad. You get 5 well-deserved stars!
