I ordered these braces because I had severe pain in my elbows. I am an avid weight lifter and recently my right elbow became dehydrated from a ligament injury and my doctor ordered that I wear a first class bandage. Instead, I opted for a compression bandage to make it easier to put on and take off. This bandage works perfectly and relieves pain. It is so comfortable that I can easily wear it all day. When worn while lifting weights, it provides extra support and also allows for a complete range of motion without slipping when bending the elbow. I would highly recommend this brace to anyone with elbow problems. Also, I would like to add that the measurement recommendations are accurate.
