This is really amazing and a great find for the price. It looks great if you want a gothic, steampunk or victorian look. I originally bought this as a compliment to a fancy party costume I was collecting, but I've actually worn it on a few other occasions and really enjoyed it. The build quality is pretty good, especially considering the price. It is very smooth on the neck and looks exactly like the picture so I was not disappointed in any way. The stones in the jewelry are of course just a costume, so they don't look high quality if that's important to you. But they go well together and while they don't have much shine or translucency, they make this cute necklace pop when you wear it. I got compliments every time I wore it as the combination of delicate lace and chains was a really great combination. Can't beat the price you will definitely get it for.
