Review on 🍲 Presto Pressure Cooker Sealing Ring featuring Air Vent by Christine Goldwater

I lost the pressure plug for my old 6 liter Presto pressure cooker and was thrilled to find this replacement kit. This is the original replacement and it works great. I didn't think I would need to replace the rubber ring but as soon as I got a new one I found that my old one (let's say over 35 years old) actually started to get stiff. For me it was a joyous find. In it I cook potatoes into potato layers or scallops. This fully cooks the potatoes and casseroles take less baking time.
