So I have a Foodi 8qt, I wanted to cook fries steak fried. The two tier metal shelf had slats wide enough for large fries to fall through and I remembered hey I bought that! So I put them on the grill and take dah! Air Fried Steak Fries FOR THE FIRST TIME! Success! By the way, I put them convex side up. They also seemed perfectly clean afterwards, just a rinse. And silicone cools quickly, it can even be removed by hand in a minute. Good product!
