I received my product very quickly and it works like clockwork. After I plugged it in, it looked like an external drive that was easy to access and had everything there. I've been worried before because my Lenovo laptop crashed due to some stupid graphics card issue that I didn't get a refund for. Nevertheless, thanks to this device, I was able to retrieve data from this drive. I found it very easy and requires no effort. I also used a USB hub, so I only had to connect one USB port. You may find that this device comes with two USB cables that need to be plugged in to get enough power. I was surprised and pleased to find that plugging both cables into a USB hub and then a hub into just one USB port in the laptop worked great. This is especially necessary if you have a MacBook Air like me, where there is only one USB port on each side of the laptop and therefore it is not possible to connect both USB cables at the same time as they will not reach both ends. laptop at the same time. However, most laptops and computers do not have this problem. So far I've only plugged it in once or twice and found all the data present on the drive. I have to use it a few more times and transfer files back and forth from the hard drive and I hope it works without problems. The product also comes with a nice rubber case that acts like a good case although it doesn't protect it if you drop the case but protects it from liquids or other potential disasters anywhere. There is a nice open space in the case where the connectors line up perfectly. So far this product is amazing for the price, give it a try before paying for more expensive products that do the same thing and require big bulky plugs and are annoying to work with. I ordered this product very late on Monday evening and received it on Thursday morning. I'm happy with that.
