Review on Cuisinart DCC 4000 Coffee Maker Black by Jenny Davis

Update: Called Cuisinart just to see if this is a common problem - they send me a brand new coffee maker - that's good customer service! 6 months later - I still love my coffee maker but for some reason the letters and numbers on the buttons have disappeared, I've never had one like this. This is probably the fourth coffee maker I've tried in 6 months - I've had MR. The coffee worked well for years, but after so many uses I felt like I needed a new coffee maker. This is the first I've been happy with - others seemed cheap flimsy plastic and those without a heating pad and thermograph never kept my coffee hot - I hated that I had to blow up my coffee to make it drinkable make. This machine has a heating pad where you can set the temperature, LM or H-brews a great cup of coffee and hot! I highly recommend this car!
