The ability to create custom reports from multiple sources in one platform was great! I wish there were more customizable options when it came time to add new data points into our report template library (which we are able update with ease). Also not being allowed access to some of my account's API keys after an upgrade made us have less confidence using their service than before this change took place - but they've since addressed these issues so hopefully things will be back up & running as usual soon enough :) We needed something simple yet powerful which would allow users all over different teams within the same organization to easily share information about campaigns without having many tools or platforms involved at once. With just 1 click you could pull together your own summary spreadsheet/report without any technical knowledge required by anyone who needs them quickly accessed.
