The Samsung Chromebook V2 is a very good product; However, buyers should be aware that this particular item did NOT have a mobile device chip installed, forcing me to buy a $99 Jetpak from Verizon to get their unlimited Wi-Fi plan. I bought a Chromebook to use on long trips across the US and Canada, so I need WiFi on the device all the time. When you buy a Verizon Chromebook, the chip is already installed. So I ended up paying a bit more than I expected as I got a good discount on Revain initially. It's not recommended to use your cell phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot for your Chromebook. And I don't have a smartphone, so that's not an option for me. Otherwise, I love the Chromebook so far and will definitely buy it again. The trackpad and touchscreen are very responsive and the keyboard is pretty good too. The screen has an excellent resolution and the sound quality is satisfactory. Picks up a weak Wi-Fi signal and picks it up better than my I-Mac.
