I have ordered this several times from Amazon with mixed results. Once the goods arrived in good condition. On another occasion I noticed that the tip of a pencil breaks quite easily. No big deal, I just sharpened it a bit with the built in sharpener and it's done! The last time I ordered from here it was pretty awful. The pencil was hard and broke very easily. Instead of having a creamy consistency, the outer layers crumbled and the center was so hard I thought there was a metal stick in there. Also, the pen had a STRONG unpleasant odor. which tells me that this pen is long past its sell-by date. I really needed eyeliner so I used it but it irritated my eyes. (Of course, you shouldn't use expired makeup.) The pencil should be great (since I've used that brand before), but you're better off getting it at your local pharmacy.
