I bought these thinking they were silicone strips. They're a bit like a product but don't have certain benefits. CONS 1. The antibiotic content makes them sticky and cannot be reused. After a day or two of wear, they will dissipate, leaving a thick, sticky residue that is difficult to remove from the skin and does not lift when the rest of the product is removed. product as it aggravates the sticking problem. 3- No useless patch. 4- WAIT until fully healed (no scabs) before using this product as its promise of no scab formation or removal is a myth. Removed some scabs when applied early in the recovery process (that's what it's marketed for) and delayed healing of that area a bit. PROMy incisions were quite thin and long, and they were fairly easy to trim with scissors to fit the scar area. Made lines and placed one end at the beginning, ran until ran out of material and was able to tape a second strip over the end of the first to further seal.
