I rarely write reviews but after 3 weeks of daily use in my protein shakes I have to say they work amazing! I put three in my Yeti mug, water first, then yogurt, then a large spoonful of powder. Close everything, shake it, and everything becomes so smooth you don't even notice there's powder in it. I am very happy that I can use my Yeti cup and not have to buy a special cup just for protein shakes. I haven't found the powder getting stuck in the little hole in the center, but I shake quite a bit when making smoothies. And I always make sure they're first, then water, then powder so the powder doesn't really stay dry on top. When I clean up, I wash them right in the cup too. I fill the cup with soap and water and shake it again very vigorously to clean every nook and cranny. Works great, never had a problem with powder in the middle. Highly recommend for use in any hard lid cup.
