In January we bought a light gray leather sofa. Just two months later, our dog decided to jump in and have a scratch party in the center of one of the big pillows. Not very deep scratches, but it hurts my eyes. I tried some of the leather towels which seemed to make it worse! This cream was a miracle worker. It was more than just a few scratches. it was a whole circle of repeating "hole digging" scratches. I smeared the cream on all the scratches and rubbed it in with a sponge in circular motions until I saw the scratches disappear. It doesn't completely eliminate scratches, but it looks 95% better and is barely noticeable unless you look closely.
