Both products are great! The highlighter is definitely very shiny but not heavy nor heavy! This is a cool silver based highlighter that will add a gorgeous glow to any look. I like to use it as an eyeshadow topper to give my eyes more sparkle. The lip gloss is amazing, definitely one of my favorites!
