So we have a LaZBoy daybed and a 2 seater. I bought this item to fit on sofas the same size as ours. However, this is not even close to our sofa. It's all too short in width. The sides where the little styrofoam stuff should get stuck in the couch don't even reach both sides. The strap that goes around the back of the sofa was pulled so tight it was pinching the sofa cushion around the edges and I'm pretty sure the strap would have snapped if we had left it there. I can't even imagine what this thing will look like on a plush sofa! This is the ONLY reason for 4 stars. That being said, we put this couch-sized couch on our double seat, and it's almost perfect there. It covers the entire double seat, and the little foam material you tape to the sides and back of the sofa works really well. This is the only furniture finish we've found that actually stays in place fairly well. We have a Great Dane, a German Shepherd and a Rottweiler. As all 3 dogs got up on the sofa with this cover we only had to adjust the part that goes through the back of the sofa a couple of times but other than that it stayed pretty much where it should be. larger size that really goes with sofas, wouldn't hesitate to buy a few to have on hand!
